Sault Area Little League is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Umpires. As an Umpire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play and maintaining a positive atmosphere during sports events.
- Officiate sports games, primarily baseball and softball, ensuring that all rules and regulations are followed.
- Make fair and unbiased decisions.
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators to maintain a respectful and positive environment.
- Manage conflicts or disputes that may arise during games in a calm and assertive manner.
- Provide guidance and instruction to players when necessary, promoting skill development and sportsmanship.
